Roller Grinder Head Exchange Program

Using the latest computer aided PLC controlled servo driven digital encoded percussion machinery we can now offer the finest available roller grinder reconditioning program available. Using the latest and most efficient single tooth cutting system we can offer custom profiles for your rolls and also re-groove those expensive imported rollers back to factory spec.

This method was chosen not because it is faster for us (it is not) but that it will allow the roller life in the grinders to be greatly extended and allow more precise grinding rolls. We have found by using this method you will get a more accurate roller that can be re-surfaced many more times than the old method of completely removing all grooves (which wastes roller life) and changing the profile of the roller like the fast cut sharping systems do.

We can bring new life to those older grinders manufactured by Gump, Jabez Burns, MP, and Probat, or provide you with new rolls.
